Weight loss motivates some people to get kitchen coaching, which is fine, as the KitchenSmart system is an excellent companion to any weight loss program.  Mary Collette is not a weight loss expert, however.  Her focus lies in simply helping clients learn to eat well and with deep, soul-satisfying enjoyment, the belief being that as we become happy and healthy eaters, a happy and healthy weight will manifest.  Mary Collette is happy to work with your weight loss advisor or recommend one if desired.  
What About Nutrition?  In the same vein, Mary Collette is not a “nutritionist” or “dietician.”  Her knowledge about healthy eating is based on her reading, thought and experimentation over 18 years.  Again, she is happy to work with your nutritionist or recommend one if specific nutritional advice is needed.
